What is the difference between Admin, Pastor, and Staff?+
Admin sees all 10 modules including Finance, Intelligence, Documents, and Settings. Pastor sees Finance but not admin settings. Staff sees only Members, First Timers, Attendance, Services, and Tasks. Roles are set when you create each user account.
What happens to my data if I do not upgrade?+
Nothing. Your data is yours forever on the Free plan. The only limitation is you cannot add more user accounts beyond the one admin. All your members, records, and history remain intact indefinitely.
How does payment work?+
Go to Settings, click + Add User, and the upgrade prompt appears. Pay ₦100,000 via Paystack — card, bank transfer, USSD, or QR are all supported. Your account upgrades instantly the moment payment is confirmed.
Is my congregation's data secure?+
Yes. MyFlock uses Google Firebase — the same infrastructure behind millions of global apps. Each church has its own isolated account. No other church can see your data. MyFlock never sells data or shows ads. Your congregation's information stays with your church.
